- Schedule and confirm grooming appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Optimize daily routes for groomers to maximize productivity and timeliness.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate across multiple computer platforms and tools to manage data and workflow.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with groomers about schedules, client needs, and updates.
- Upsell additional services and promote special offers when appropriate.
- Maintain organized records and manage complex scheduling data.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Assist with maintaining social media postings and responses.
Qualifications:
- Passion for animals and commitment to delivering remarkable customer service.
- Strong computer and data management skills; comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or dispatching preferred.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the grooming or pet care industry is a plus.
