- Must be available to work on Saturdays or Sundays
- Candidates without prior experience with various cat and dog breeds will not be considered
- Candidates not located within the Phoenix metro area will not be considered

- Detail-Oriented: Committed to providing a tailored VIP experience during each client interaction, while helping the company achieve monthly revenue, retention, and recurring revenue goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft and Google productivity suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a client-facing role, with strong customer service skills.

- Answer incoming calls, return voicemails and texts, and handle email correspondence professionally, including addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Inform customers about services provided and prices, especially as applicable to their pet's breeds, needs and health, while making appropriate recommendations.
- Oversee customer relations to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain exceptionally positive client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, expand the customer base, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including schedule coordination for groomers, route optimization, and logistics-handling.
- Brief groomers about their daily schedule, highlighting unusual circumstances and situations they may encounter.
- Respond to calls/texts from groomers in the field in real-time regarding any customer and pet issues, while multitasking to set priorities across inputs.
- Keep General Manager and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned during training.
