Our groomers work one-on-one with each dog in a fully equipped mobile salon, avoiding the stress of traditional grooming shops. We take pride in high-quality grooms, building relationships with our clients, and creating a work environment that’s flexible, low-stress, and rewarding.
We Offer
- $300 - $550 per day including base pay, commission, and tips
- 4-day work weeks with schedule flexibility
- Paid ongoing grooming, mentorship opportunities, and a potential annual training seminar
- Provided Mercedes-Benz Van fully equipped with air conditioning, a hydrobath, and a grooming salon
- Fuel cost and tools/supplies are covered
Responsibilities
At Aussie Pet Mobile, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets!
- Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
- Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.
Requirements
- 2 + years of professional dog grooming experience
- Proficiency in all grooming services: bathing, trimming, nail cutting, and styling of all breeds
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Aussie Pet Mobile - Hiring Process
- A phone call within 24 hours
- An in-person interview within 48 hours
- An offer letter—and lunch with the owner—within 7 days
Compensation: $300.00 - $550.00 per day
