🚐 Full-Time Dispatcher – Luxury Mobile Pet Grooming Company 🐾

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with a sincere work ethic to join our growing team as a full-time dispatcher with Aussie Pet Mobile Naples & Bonita Springs.

This position plays a vital role in coordinating daily grooming routes, communicating with clients and groomers, and ensuring each day runs smoothly from start to finish.

Impeccable communication and customer service skills (a true “smile in your voice” when answering or making calls)
Strong customer service background and professional phone etiquette
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy
Sincere work ethic with a reliable, positive attitude
Willingness to learn dog breeds and grooming terminology
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must have a quiet workspace with no interruptions while taking or making calls
Must answer all incoming calls and follow up promptly on client leads
Must be willing to participate in all business-related events
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Bonus opportunities based on client conversion rates and progress reviews
All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check

🕓 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
🎓 Training: 2–3 months of one-on-one training provided
📍 Location: Naples & Bonita Springs
