Scheduling

Start time: 7:30 a.m.
Full-time employees work at least four days a week

Mobile Pet Groomer Duties and Responsibilities

- Drive safely to clients' homes and perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, and haircuts for various breeds in a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van

- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process

- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

- Keep pace in physically demanding job; lift pets into and out of van if necessary; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with support team
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, customer management system, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

Mobile Pet Groomer Basic Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience as a pet groomer
Knowledge of different breed standards and grooming techniques
Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a background check and motor vehicle report
Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
