Job Summary
This career is perfect for animal lovers willing to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families. Our groomers are providing full-service grooms: bath, haircuts, and everything in between. You will engage with clients through the services provided, so it's important you are a clear communicator, professional, and customer centric. We develop a close and special bond with every pet as well as their families, so being comfortable building relationships is important. As one of our groomers, you will need previous grooming experience, a clean driving record, and be able to work independently without direct supervision. Customer support is managed for you by the office: scheduling, pricing, and questions. Our groomers focus on the most important role- professional grooming service for our clients.

FT and PT positions AVAILABLE
SHIFTS: 10-hour DAY SHIFT
Business Operating Hours: 8-6pm M-Sat, availability on Sun as needed
Business Service Area: South Aurora, Centennial, West Littleton

Responsibilities 
  • Assess pet's skin and coat, identifying health issues and advising pet owners
  • Communicate clearly with clients on grooming needs and any delays
  • Use gentle handling techniques and monitoring for signs of distress
  • Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work surfaces after each use
  • Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized van
  • Effectively manage time during grooming services
  • Promote additional services to clients i.e. rebooking
  Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional grooming experience
  • Dependable with effective time management skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of grooming various dog breeds, including knowledge of breed specific cuts and styles
  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy animals (up to 60 pounds), and perform repetitive motions
  • Able to safely groom pets of all sizes and temperaments including anxious or difficult to handle
  • Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Experience grooming cats not required but a Plus
  • Experience in mobile grooming is not required but a Plus
  • Valid driver’s license (Required)
  • Clean driving record (Required)

Compensation: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
